Initial Consultation
Cooking nutrient dense food requires a lot of energy. Factor in the grocery shopping, the meal prepping, and the whole life you have to live - finding the time isn’t easy. This is where I come in!
Our initial consultation will be a deep dive into your health goals and the foods you like to eat. From there, I’ll build a few curated sample menus for you to choose from to guide our work together. As I start to cook for you/your family and learn more about your preferences, we can assess what is or isn’t working to ensure your needs are consistently being met.
Customized Meal Plans
My goal as your personal chef is to keep your kitchen fully stocked with healthy, delicious snacks and meals for you to eat at any time. Most meals will be prepped into a ready to eat (or heat) manner. Think grab & go - breakfasts and lunches and easy to throw together dinners without the heavy lifting. We can factor in the kiddos, too - packed lunches and snacks to keep them energized all day long. Happy to prep for pets on a whole food diet as well!
Frequency & Pricing
The initial consultation would be a complimentary 30 minute session to discuss your needs. Personal chef services are then billed per hour plus the cost of groceries. Frequency will be depending on my availability and your budget, let’s work together to find that sweet spot!
In-House Meal Prep Hourly Fee - $60/hr with a 4 hour or $240 daily minimum
For Meal Prep Package Drop Off Service options, inquire to receive a custom quote depending on frequency and family size
